Just think about it, if the song doesn't have the depth data, how can a dolby app (EQ) give you that? It's just forcefully making a Stereo sound like surround which is just destroying the Song.ītw, Dolby Atmos in AM is Software magic, so any stereo earphones wired/wireless will work. The Windows apps you saying are just EQ (they can also decode/encode dolby signal) made to give surround feeling.
